What is the typical duration of engagement?

The duration of engagement varies based on the scope and requirements of your project, ranging from short-term commitments like six months to multi-year contracts.
What are the payment terms?
Payment terms require a monthly 100% advance payment.
To what extent can I control the team?
You typically have significant control over the composition of the team in terms of skills, work allocation, and project direction. However, as the engagement is supervised, the INT. supervisor can also provide guidance if needed.
What if I am dissatisfied with a team member?
INT. boasts a team of over 150 individuals for each skill. If there are performance concerns, the supervisor will assist in resolving issues by providing skill assistance or replacing the resource as deemed appropriate.
Who chooses the team members?
The selection process is collaborative; you provide requirements, and INT. suggests suitable candidates. You have the option to interview and approve the final selections.
How will the team communicate and collaborate?
Project management tools such as JIRA or Trello are typically used, along with communication platforms like Slack, Teams, or Skype, to facilitate seamless collaboration between your team and the dedicated team.
How is the contract renewed?
Typically, the contract is renewed annually with a 15% rate increase. Alternatively, you can opt for a multi-year contract (minimum 3 years) with a fixed rate, which is 5% higher than the normal rate.
What are the working days and hours?
The standard working schedule is five days a week (Monday to Friday), with normal working hours set at 9 hours per day in the IST time zone. This includes a 30-minute lunch break and a 15-minute tea break.
What is your leave policy?
A resource is allowed to take one paid leave after completing one month (with prior approval). The holiday list can follow either your organisation's list or INT.'s list, based on your preference. The INT. holiday list will be provided for reference.
What are the overtime and weekend rates?
Overtime will be billed at pro-rated hourly rates, and weekend rates will be 25% higher than the normal pro-rated hourly rate.
